Join us Monday May 8 at Tauranga Club as Nicki Smith shares her unexpected journey into property investment – what started with the purchase of a shed that unexpectedly came with a rental house and flat, quickly grew into a passion for property investing and a successful career in the industry.

Through building a personal portfolio, leading the Taranaki Property Investors’ Association as President, founding a property management company, transitioning in to the property management team of New Plymouth District Council and earning awards including RentSkills Landlord of the Year and RPMA Taranaki Regional Property Manager of the Year, this journey has been one of constant learning and evolution.

Now working through a portfolio refresh and moving from an active to a more passive investing approach, the focus is on creating financial independence, more freedom, and a sustainable path toward retiring by 55 while owning a mortgage-free home.

Nicki will share the lessons, opportunities, mindset shifts, and investing strategies gained along the way—and how adapting your approach over time can create long-term success.

If you are interested in the NZPIF Landlord of the Year award and the $2,000 prize, then Nicki is a former winner and can give you the inside scoop on what it takes to win!

This is your sign to register to come along now, and hear first hand from someone walking the talk and seeing the results.

Doors will be open from 5:30pm for pre-event networking. Event starts at 7pm.
