Active since 1995, Darryl developed a successful formula and this strategy protected him during the global financial crisis and Labour Government changes. Daryl was President of the NZ Property Investors Federation for five years.
With over 25 years of investing experience, he is a life member of the Waikato Property Investors Association and recently led the organising committee for the 2025 NZPIF Conference in Hamilton.
Daryl's presentation is centred around “What Works for You”. Designed for new and intermediate investors, using properties that are on the market today.
The main aim of this is to teach investors how to find properties worth looking at, find rents, how to work out yields, costs of repairs, checking it for healthy homes, council records, what real estate agents should know, what to put in contracts, investing rules, Boarding Houses: “What makes it work”.
